Case 1: Crown Block Sheave Wear Leading to Wire Rope Jamming

Fault Phenomenon: During the hoisting operation of a ZJ50DBS drilling rig, the wire rope jams frequently, and abnormal noise is heard from the crown block. Case 2: Drawworks Hydraulic Brake Failure

Fault Phenomenon: A JC50DB drawworks fails to brake effectively during operation, and the drill string cannot be stably fixed. Inspection & Diagnosis: Check the hydraulic system and find that the brake cylinder piston rod (BG75B-1) is worn, the O-ring (71×3.55) is damaged, resulting in hydraulic oil leakage and insufficient brake pressure. Repair Solution: Replace the piston rod and O-ring with genuine parts, bleed the hydraulic system to remove air, and adjust the brake clearance. Case 3: Bearing Damage in Sand Line Pulley
