Case 1: ZJ-70 Drilling Rig Hydraulic System Pressure Instability

Fault Phenomenon: During the drilling process of the ZJ-70 drilling rig, the hydraulic system pressure fluctuated greatly (25MPa ~ 32MPa), resulting in unstable operation of the drill bit and affecting drilling efficiency.

Fault Cause: After on-site inspection, the filter regulator (512605510020150000) was blocked by impurities, the internal valve core was worn, and the pressure regulation function failed, leading to unstable system pressure.

Maintenance Solution: Replace the filter regulator with our 512605510020150000 spare part, clean the hydraulic oil pipeline, and test the system pressure. After replacement, the hydraulic system pressure is stable at 30MPa ±0.5MPa, the drill bit operates normally, and the drilling efficiency is restored to the normal level.

Case 2: WNS2-1.0-Y(Q) Boiler Level Indicator Failure

Fault Phenomenon: The WNS2-1.0-Y(Q) industrial boiler’s magnetic float level gauge (UDZ-300PPCE) failed, the liquid level display was inaccurate, and the boiler could not adjust the water supply normally, posing a safety hazard.

Fault Cause: The float of the magnetic float level gauge was stuck due to scale accumulation, and the internal magnetic induction element was aging, resulting in inaccurate liquid level display.

Maintenance Solution: Replace the magnetic float level gauge with our UDZ-300PPCE spare part, clean the boiler water tank to remove scale, and calibrate the liquid level display. After replacement, the liquid level display accuracy is ±1mm, the boiler water supply is adjusted normally, and the safety hazard is eliminated.

Case 3: DQ70BS Drilling Rig Brake Failure

Fault Phenomenon: The DQ70BS drilling rig’s brake system failed during operation, the brake could not be locked, and the drill string could not be fixed, which seriously affected the safety of the operation.

Fault Cause: The brake shoe bolt (ZJ70DB M12×30) was loosened and worn, and the friction plate (29537887) was severely worn, resulting in insufficient braking force.
