We supply a full range of NXQ series bladder accumulators, covering four main model categories: NXQ1 (small-capacity, 0.4L to 200L), NXQ2 (medium-to-large capacity, 10L to 200L), NXQ-A (standard single-bladder type), and NXQ-AB (enhanced double-bladder type), with pressure ratings of 10MPa, 20MPa, and 31.5MPa to meet different system pressure requirements. Each model is available in various structural configurations (L/Y, L/R, F/Y, F/R) to adapt to different installation orientations and connection needs. 3. Function Description
The NXQ series bladder accumulators perform four key functions in hydraulic systems, all of which are critical to system efficiency and component protection. First, energy storage: they store excess hydraulic energy when the system pressure is higher than the accumulator pre-charge pressure and release the stored energy when the system pressure drops, reducing the load on the hydraulic pump and saving energy. Second, pressure pulse absorption: they effectively absorb pressure fluctuations and hydraulic shocks generated by the hydraulic pump, valve switching, and load changes, preventing damage to valves, pipelines, and other components caused by pressure spikes. Third, volume compensation: they compensate for volume changes caused by temperature variations in the hydraulic oil and leakage in the system, maintaining stable system pressure. Fourth, emergency energy supply: in the event of a hydraulic pump failure or power outage, they can release stored energy to drive critical components to complete emergency actions (such as lowering the boom of a crane), ensuring operational safety and reducing accident losses.
4. Structural Features
Our NXQ series bladder accumulators adopt a rational and robust structural design, with the following distinctive features that set them apart from ordinary products. The bladder is made of high-quality nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM), which has excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and aging resistance, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic oils (mineral oil, synthetic oil) and long-term stable operation at -20℃ to 80℃. The shell is made of high-strength carbon steel (ST52-3) or stainless steel (304/316) through seamless forging and heat treatment, enhancing pressure resistance and corrosion resistance—stainless steel shells are specially designed for marine and corrosive environments. The valve group (including charging valve, safety valve, and discharge valve) adopts an integrated design, which is compact in structure, easy to install and maintain, and effectively prevents gas leakage and oil leakage. The bladder and shell are connected by a special clamping structure, ensuring reliable sealing and avoiding bladder detachment under high pressure. Different installation configurations (L/Y, L/R, F/Y, F/R) allow flexible installation in horizontal, vertical, or inclined orientations, adapting to limited installation space in different equipment.
5. Applicable Working Conditions
The NXQ series bladder accumulators are suitable for a wide range of industrial working conditions, thanks to their robust structural design and excellent performance. They perform reliably in construction machinery hydraulic systems, which often face frequent load changes and severe pressure shocks (such as excavator boom lifting/lowering, crane hoisting). In industrial equipment (injection molding machines, hydraulic presses), they are used to absorb pressure pulses generated by the hydraulic pump, ensuring stable product quality and protecting mold and hydraulic components. In mining machinery, they adapt to harsh underground environments (dust, high humidity, large temperature differences) and provide stable pressure support for hydraulic supports and mine hoists. In marine equipment, the corrosion-resistant stainless steel shell and fluororubber bladder resist seawater corrosion, ensuring reliable operation of ship hydraulic systems in marine environments. They are also suitable for agricultural machinery hydraulic systems, which require resistance to vibration, dust, and temperature changes (from low-temperature winter to high-temperature summer). 6. Maintenance & Care Suggestions
Proper maintenance and care are key to extending the service life of NXQ series bladder accumulators and ensuring their reliable operation. Follow these practical guidelines to avoid common failures and reduce maintenance costs. First, regular pre-charge pressure inspection: check the nitrogen pre-charge pressure every 3 months (using a pressure gauge or nitrogen charging device); the pre-charge pressure should be 0.6-0.8 times the minimum working pressure of the system. If the pressure is lower than the standard, supplement nitrogen in a timely manner to avoid bladder damage caused by excessive oil intrusion. Second, regular leakage inspection: check the valve group, bladder, and shell connection parts for oil leakage or gas leakage every month; if leakage is found, replace the sealing ring or bladder immediately. Third, bladder replacement: the service life of the bladder is generally 2-3 years (depending on working conditions); if the bladder is found to be aged, cracked, or deformed during inspection, replace it with a genuine matching bladder to avoid affecting system performance. Fourth, hydraulic oil maintenance: ensure the hydraulic oil is clean (oil cleanliness level NAS 8 or higher) and replace the oil and oil filter regularly to prevent impurities from scratching the bladder and valve core. Fifth, storage and transportation: when storing the accumulator, place it in a dry, ventilated, and corrosion-free environment, avoid collision and extrusion, and discharge the internal oil and gas; during transportation, fix it firmly to prevent damage to the valve group and shell. Sixth, avoid overpressure operation: strictly operate within the rated pressure range; overpressure will cause bladder rupture and shell damage, and even lead to safety accidents.
